What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

Currently we do accept two payment methods. 1: Cash On Delivery (COD) This option is available for all the customers throughout the Pakistan. By using this option you will pay cash to the delivery agent by the time he will deliver your parcel at your door. 2: Prepaid Option: Our Secure payment service allows you to use your Visa MasterCard, all your data and information will be secured and transmitted from end-to-end via SSL Encryption method.

How do I place an Order?

Orders can be placed on by reaching to our website as a registered user or even as a guest user. On any Product page, select your colour, size choice if applicable, choose quantity and then press "Add to Cart" Button. This will open up your cart where you may choose continue to shopping or checkout. On "Checkout" page you may add your Personal and Shipping information. Select Payment option and you may also enter Discount Voucher(if applicable) and review your order before pressing "Place Order Now"

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

Order cancellation is dependent upon whether the order has been shipped or not. Normally the orders are shipped after 24 hours so cancellation of any order can be done within this time. Once the order has been shipped your unable to cancel your order.

Do I need an account to place an order?

Creating an account on is not necessary. You can also place an order as a guest user.

How Do I Track My Order?

As soon as your order is placed, you will recieve your order id in your email id along with your order information. This will help you in tracking your orders.

How Can I Return a Product?

All products which are ordered from can be exchanged within 14 days only if: 1: The item(s) is defective, faulty or damaged at the time of delivery. 2: The item(s) does not match the original specifications of the product. You must notify us within 3 days by emailing us to [email protected] Replacement of a product will be sent in case of defected, faulty or damaged product is shipped nationally or internationally. You are required to email us a photographic proof of the defective item within 14 days of purchase and for any claims.
